Beef & vegetable stir-fry

For BUX lunch this dish was a challenge as a large wok didn’t work for me with so many people. I did manage to create a hopefully as tasty stir-fry as the recipe below which serves 4 people instead of 40! I did achieve this with two large cooking pans and with working in batches….
