Okay, for 30 people making pan lasagne is a bit difficult. So, I made the sauce in a big cooking pan and layered the lasagne out in a large dish ( actually we needed 2!) to put all in the oven (200ºC) to bake for 40-45 minutes. The Chorizo is the surprise of the dish….
