You can either take a large bowl for this Trifle Salad or individual cups like I did for the office lunch. No fighting over the bowl here ;-). I did serve this salad with Spinach Puff Pastry Rolls with Feta and Ricotta.
2 cup cooked sushi rice
½ cup cooked salmon pieces
2 sheets Nori, crumbled
1 cucumber diced
1 avocado cubed
½ cup wasabi sauce
½ cup soy sauce
Place cooked sushi rice in a trifle bowl.
Sprinkle nori pieces over the rice.
Sprinkle pieces of cucumber on top of the nori.
Place avocado pieces over the cucumber.
Place the salmon over the avocado. (cooked in soya sauce)
Mix together the wasabi sauce and soy sauce then pour over the salmon.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
