If you are going skiing in Hinterthal or Hintermoos Austria this year, you have to stop off at this gorgeous little café  in the mountains. They make for example their own tea, cakes, smoothies all from their local products in the area. I love their kitchen, that looks like it jumped from a page in a fairy tale book.
